RollLight does not upload your photos or videos to our servers. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking for advertising purposes.
RollLight asks for Photos access only so you can browse media, choose items for cleanup, delete selected items, and convert Live Photos into still photos. Your photos and videos remain on your device during this workflow.
If you use iCloud Photos, Apple's Photos framework may download media from iCloud to your device when needed for viewing or conversion. RollLight does not receive copies on a developer server and does not upload media content.
RollLight stores a small amount of app state to provide the service, including your last review position, cleanup usage count, and whether RollLight Pro has been unlocked. This data is used only to operate the app experience.
The cleanup usage count may sync through Apple's iCloud key-value storage so the free cleanup allowance can stay consistent across devices signed in to the same Apple account. This sync does not include photo or video content.
RollLight Pro purchases and restores are handled through Apple's StoreKit. We do not collect your payment card details. The app stores only the purchase unlock state needed to enable paid features.
You can change RollLight's Photos permission at any time in the iOS Settings app. You can also remove locally stored RollLight data by deleting the app from your device.
We may update this policy when RollLight's features or privacy practices change. Any update will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
